With a product that takes them back to their roots, this un-aged brandy from St. George opens with intense, concentrated fruit aromas. The fact that Lance does not de-stem the berries gives the distillate a beautiful--if funky--seaweed note on the nose that complements the sweet ripeness of the California fruit. The texture on the palate is indescribable, with waves of rich, soft flavors that include pure fruit, brush, stem, and earth. The long finish is all fruit with an unexpected hint of cherry and sweet, glazed carrot. Stunning stuff.

You will never look at raspberry vodka again.
