Lambrusco Mantovano, Corte Pagliare Verdieri - NV

Item # 31902 750mL

A Lambrusco from the region of Lombardia in northern Italy. This dry, sparkling red wine is full of rustic character and made from a clone of Lambrusco known as Viadanese Sabbionetano. Unusual in production as the second fermentation takes place in bottle. Full of black fruits and musky spices and bone-dry on the finish. The winery, Corte Pagliare Verdieri, is located in the town of Sabbionete, a "model" town built by the noble Gonzaga family.
