Staff Pick Notes

While Grüner Veltliner has gained popularity over the past few years it still isn’t a mainstream wine in many people’s minds. This is unfortunate as Grüner is often the wine we’re looking for but don’t realize it. A bouquet of floral oils and wet rocks promise a refreshing experience. The palate delivers on that promise with clean slices of stone fruit and white grapefruit contrasted by slate minerality. Tired of Sauvignon Blanc but still want a lean wine bursting with life? Try Grüner.
