Cider and cheese are a natural match made in heaven. Have you ever had a brie and green apple sandwich, yea, delicious. What I'm about to suggest is kind of like that. This cider has everything an apple has, except alcohol, it also has that. The snap of acid, the crispy edges that come with a good chill and pair with a goat cheese brie - these two sing together like a choir of angels. I also had a half a wedge in my fridge from a few nights with Sherry, that was spectacular as well. Happy Autumn all year round.
