A great example of the wild side of Cabernet Franc. Rustic black friut notes with loads of pepper, earthiness and barnyard notes. Made from old vines and aged in old casks for a year. A great wine for adventurous palates; it is best enjoyed alongside hearty meals. The cuvée is named after the film from Bertand Blier, the famed French director whom the winemaker happens to be obsessed with.
