Staff Pick Notes

If you are not familiar with the Marche region of Italy, I recommend that you explore the food culture and in particular the wine. Tenuta Santori is a small organic farm growing 30 hectares of olives trees and vines. Located in the heart of the Piceno hills, the domaine only harvests native grapes such as Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Pecorino, Trebbiano and Passerina. This passerina is a great summer wine, very aromatic with exotic fruits and white flowers. The acidity is very present, bringing a nice freshness. An excellent aperitif wine or good with light summer pasta dishes.
