Based in Charleston, South Carolina, in their search for a local corn variety to make bourbon from High Wire have re-discovered and inadverdently saved the Jimmy Red corn variety from extinction making for one of the most distinctive tasting bourbons you're bound to find anywhere, This special bottling comes in a custom made collector's Le Creuset ceramic jug. Each bottle is dated with the vintage release and the individual bottle number on the bottom. A stunning piece for anybody's collection.
