Tasting Notes

A deeply floral, highly aromatic sessionable Spanish vermut. The white wine base shines through the botanical boquet with bright acidity lifting all of the crisp flavors on the palate and highlighting additional notes of bitter orange and carmelized apples. Ideally served well chilled. A perfectly fine refreshing apéritif on its own, this is a natural match for myriad small appetizers and snacks as well.

A twist of citrus won't hurt either. It works wonders with salty cheeses, olives, Marcona almonds, pan con tomate, or boquerones with pickled peppers. Viva España!
