Made from a blend of Garnacha, Syrah and Monastrell. Ver Sacrum is a project started by Eduardo Soler and two friends in 2012. They focus on Rhône varietals and strive to make fresh, lower alcohol wines that are meant to be enjoyed with food. Fermented with native yeast, hand harvested and foot trod.
