An 18yr to rival any other whether it be rum, whisky etc. Selected from the private family cellars of this historic domaine, everything about this estate is old school including the use of 100% Folle Blanche grapes. The spirit is perfectly balanced allowing your senses ease of access to the layers of complexity and myriad nuances of flavor. There are notes of cured duck, roasted grapes, salted caramel dark chocolate, preserved cherries clover honey and fresh nutmeg and a spicy, dry finish.
