Tasting Notes
A unique and rare way to understand the myriad of terroirs in Chablis is to work through the cuvées of Patrick Piuze. The Terroir de la Chapelle comes from a plateau on the left bank of the Serein river - just across from Fourchaume. The vines are older, planted in 1974. A fresh and lively Chablis that was fermented and aged in tank.
