Valérie Forgues' story is one of twists and turns who became an unexpected disciple of Clos Roche Blanche's Didier Barrouillet. She initially had no intention of becoming a vigneronne but today holds 16 hectares of vines that are all hand-harvested, vinified with native yeasts and sulphured at bottling at a minimum.
