An orange wine made from a field blend of white grapes coming from the Sylvanus vineyard. The fruit was hand-harvested and then macerated on the skins for 20 days giving the wine plenty of extra gold color. Aged in old wood casks before bottling. Aromatic, fresh and dry on the palate. Structured and delicious.
