A white wine made entirely from the local Sémillon grape from the Loupiac area of Bordeaux. The grapes were picked botrytized giving an exotic aspect to this wine that is still dry and complex. Great texture and mineral which comes from the white clay soils. Excellent as an apéritif and even greater with a homemade pesto.
