This farm distillery located in the heart of the Hudson Valley truly embodies the artisanal ethos. Take this rye for example. Made from rye and barley grains grown either on their own farm or adjacent ones, floor malted at the distillery and double distilled in direct fire copper pots prior to aging for a minimum of two years in new oak barrels. The fruits of this labor show up in the distinguished flavors in your glass highlighting notes of apple butter, coffee beans, pickled green strawberries, sweet tea and nutmeg.
