This dry cider made by former sommeliers Karl Sjöström & Mikael Nypelius is made in the most natural style possible from fruit sourced in Skåne. The fruit is perfectly good Ingrid-Marie waste apples that perhaps are a bit too ugly to sell. Spontaneous fermentation and a 4 hour maceration period give this bracing cider a wild and unique quality. The producers consider this to be a fruit petnat of sorts, and it pairs well with Jansson's Temptation.
