Brothers Bruno and Jean-Michel Pieaux are 4th generation winemakers in the village of Chancay. They carefully tend vines of Chenin Blanc up to 90 years old on the famous tuffeau soils. This dry white is fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel, and sees 6 months of lees aging. Pair this medium-bodied white with pork and pickled mustard greens.
