Pétillant Naturel "Buena Onda", Quastana - 2020

Item # 45051 750mL

A red, off-dry sparkler made from the Gamay grape. Jeremy Quastana worked with Olivier Lemasson for a few years and managed to grab a couple hectares of land in the Loir et Cher, not far from Cheverny. An excellent, gulpable wine that works well with starter dishes from vegetable tartlets to garlic bread.

Glossary

Loire

There’s a lot to remember when it comes to the Loire. Novices, take note: Cabernet Franc is a great alternative to Cabernet Sauvignon, Muscadet is unparalleled as a companion to shellfish, and Cour Cheverny is the best white wine appellation you’ve never heard of. As diverse as Loire wines are, one day soon you'll know your Melon de Bourgogne from your Romorantin.
