An unexpected nonetheless highly welcome collaboration between the folks at Cascade Hollow in Tennessee and the Leopold Brothers Distillery in Colorado. To create this one-of-a-kind limited release, heavy rye whiskey from the Three Chambered Pot Still at Leopold is blended with lighter Column Still Rye from Dickel to create a unique flavor profile and intricate balance (much like many great histroic rums). Very well done. Would love to see more like this!
