From the northwest area of Spain comes this red wine made from the local, most elegant red grape, Prieto Picudo. The vines are planted at high elevation (900m) on clay and white stone soils. Fermented with natural yeasts. After fermentation, aged in neutral barrels for 4 months before bottling.
