Made on-site at this purpose-built distillery situated on a 100-acre organic and regenerative farm in the heart of the historic Hudson Valley. Organic farm-grown wheat is triple distilled along with certified organic juniper, citrus and cardamom. The gin is pristine with clear-edged boundaries between the flavors, which are centered around a rich, malty core. In some ways this is textbook gin, but the almost fanatical level of care and attention that went into making it, including growing the grains, elevate it to a higher level.
