This juice is rich yet crisp, a hard thing to achieve in a mouth-puckering sparkler. I found myself lost in the beautiful wonderland of a body this wine is flaunting. Delicate notes of powdered white lilies sprinkled atop a playing field made of freshly sheared wool. Overripe white nectarines that have been energized by a bright laser beam. Minerality, glowing sunshine, and layers of complexity are not lost in this Vouvray.
