Tasting Notes
The Prüm estate owns nearly 9 hectares of vines in the lovely vineyard of Himmelreich which makes the estate one of the most important owners of this heralded terroir. The Kabinetts, while meant to be more on the entry-level side, fair well with a few years of age. Youthful blend of fruit today showing plenty of slate mineral.
