Staff Pick Notes

Searching for a fun, delicious, and affordable sparkling rosé? This is a delightful blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay bursting with raspberry, strawberry and watermelon. Fruit for this blend comes from Robertson and Stellenbosch, two estate vineyard sources. The winery operates a cellar devoted singularly to sparkling wine production and uses whole cluster fermentation to add complexity to the finished product. If you haven't yet conducted the fried chicken and sparkling wine experiment, then look no further for a great match. I paired the Graham Beck Brut Rosé with chicken and crispy-on-the-outside, fluffy-on-the-inside waffles...yum!

Wines lately coming out of South Africa - in particular, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chenin Blanc, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc and...
