This Terlan wine comes from some of the northern-most wine growing regions in Italy: Trentino-Alto-Adige. The Terlaner Classico Bianco is a blend of 60% Pinot Bianco, 30% Chardonnay, and 10% Sauvignon Blanc, the three most used varietals in the region. All bringing something unique to the wine, the result is a remarkable, complex, medium-bodied wine that balances freshness and beautiful aromatics with warmth and structure. A great example of how, when done with care and expertise, blends can highlight the best features of each varietal. Goes great with pappardelle smothered in parmigiana, butter, and lemon.
