A demi-sec (meaning mildly sweet), sparkling rosé from one of France's great winemakers by the méthode ancestrale. It shows remarkable purity of flavor and balance of sweetness and lightness. Bright with charming raspberries and cherries. The mineral aspect makes this an easygoing partner to fresh summer desserts, for example, berry tarts topped with crème fraîche.

Meet your new friend Bugey. It's pronounced boo-zhe, as in, "I'm bougie and I don't care" and it seriously wants the best for you. Bugey is there for you on hot summer days, through the golden hour (put it on the gram), after dinner, with second dinner, etc. Bugey is here to help and at 8% abv will never betray you. It's a bit sweet, but not too sweet. Bugey is just right. Serve in a rocks glass (or jam jar, or something with a big mouth) over a big chunk of ice. You can also drink this in a wine glass (but not a flute please!) on its own, but half the fun is watching the millennial pink foam expand upward as it hits the cube.
