On the nose, we are given a wonderfully complex bouquet, combining lemon citrus and orchard fruits, luscious marzipan and candied notes with rich, toasted brioche aromas. This is a true pleasure - supple and supremely structured. The palate reveals a very sophisticated wine. It is smooth, creamy and weighty, and gives us hazelnuts, roasted almonds and Christmas cookies. Don't forget, for all the richness going on, this is a dry wine too. The finish is long and textured. Long Live the King!
