A respect of nature is of utmost importance at the Rebholz winery. On top of this, they have a philosophy of making wines that are bone dry. This crisp Riesling is full of apples, white pineapple and peaches. With its Rubenesque, rounded texture, it is a shame not to have this wine with friends over fragrant roast tenderloin.
