Tasting Notes

Château Haut-Bailly has centuries worth of history, and more than 400 years under the guidance of its current family. Located at the very gates of the city of Bordeaux, these old vines and fossil-laden soils produce astounding reds. Structured, supple, with elegant fruit and spice, these are approachable in their youth, but clearly destined for the cellar. Pair with bold grilled red meats, and hearty roasted root vegetables.
