Every year this is hands down one of the best rosés out there. What more can I say? Well, it's made with the Hondarribi Beltza & Hondarribi Zuri grapes for one. For me what makes this so great and imminently drinkable year after year is the combo of low alcohol and crisp mineral dryness. Usually, low alcohol levels can mean sweetness and I do love me some 5% Moscato d'Asti on a hot summer day. But this wine is crisp, a little saline and with just about the most perfect hint of herbaceous green notes on the finish. A true delight.
