Here it is; Classic, ripe Napa fruit with precision wine making techniques in effect! I'm loving the fresh currants, plum and spice offered up on the nose of this stunning wine. I've had a chance to let this wine breathe for hours and this action allows for the purity of fruit to shine through initial oak influence that may show up. When a wine is youthful it will benefit from decanting and allows you to see what the wine truly has to offer. Bright, balanced acidity boosts flavor and palate feel here. Accessible, fine tannin lend to the structure perfectly. I will be having this with my next Porterhouse off the grill!
