Tasting Notes

Beautiful Pinot Noir made with 50% whole cluster fermentation, 50% destemmed, aged for 8 months in barrel (5-10% new) and bottled with very little sulfur. De Montille has a reputation for elegant, age-worthy wines. Now run by Etienne de Montille, who grew the family holdings to 35 hectares and in 1995, took the bold step of transitioning the vineyards to organic and biodynamic farming.
