Tasting Notes

Here is quite an amazingly ripe Syrah from Vincent Paris, who learned winemaking, in part, from his Uncle, impeccable vigneron, Robert Michel. On the nose, you'll get violets interplaying with dark, macerated fruits, and hints of black peppercorn. The wine's juicy palate makes it approachable young.
