Tasting Notes

Considered to produce some of the most age worthy whites, Domaine Rollin has been bottling wine since the 1950’s. This Chardonnay shows floral, honey and mineral tones with a rich texture on the palate. The Hautes Côtes de Beaune blanc is fermented and aged in oak barrel for 12 months in barrel before bottling.
