Staff Pick Notes

Domaine Rollin Père et Fils is currently on the fourth generation of family winemakers. They produce excellent and accessible Burgundy that possesses the qualities that I love most in these esteemed climes. These are wines for everyone, without unnecessary accoutrements. Excellent winemaking produces quaffable, yet complex wines that are both great values, and exceedingly delicious. This Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Blanc is made from vines around 20 years of age, fermented in used 400L oak barrels, with malolactic fermentation, and lees aging. The fresh citrus fruit aromas, white flowers, and wonderful texture make this very easy to pair with a wide variety of foods.

It is a flexible, eager-to-please grape, responding well to just about anything a winemaker...
