Made from Granacha and Monastrell comes this wonderfully crisp and aromatic rosé is perfect for summer sipping or just dreaming about summer while sipping. These ungrafted vines that somehow escaped the phylloxera pest, give this inexpensive Rosé a nice amount of structure and depth. Julmilla is a somewhat unknown but very old wine region in the southeast of the Iberian peninsula. The two grapes used here are better known as Grenache and Mourvèdre are responsible for some of your more famous rosés from Provence and Rhône valley.
