Tasting Notes

The Trinch cuvée from the Bretons is all about toasting at the end of a work day. This is unoaked Cabernet Franc made from 30 year-old vines, grown on gravel-based soils. It's lighter in style yet full of dark fruits alongside fresh herbs and musk.

Staff Pick Notes

Light, fresh, and herbaceous, now is the time to enjoy this light bodied wine from Catherine and Pierre Breton. 100% Cab franc, this wine is lively and fun, just like the Breton family. The Breton's are pioneers of the natural wine movement, and are in the process of receiving biodynamic certification. Very little sulfur is used in the winemaking process, and none is added at the bottling stage. Decant and enjoy!
