Tasting Notes

This delicious Monstant was fermented in concrete vats using indigenous yeasts. Aged for 16 months in old French oak barrels. Naturally cold stabilized by winter’s chill and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Pure red berry flavors with silky tannins. A great choice for the table.
