Tasting Notes

Few other domaines in the steep Mosel region merit the gushing hyperbole that fans of German Riesling easily expend as JJ Prüm. Reliably magnificent, Baroque, sensual, and indisputablelly ageworthy, this Auslese from one of his more northerly sites, expands on the palate, describing the paradox of steely concentration and cool delicacy that exists in the best Mosel Rieslings. Eminently collectible.
