I am on a quest to find a great Cabernet Sauvignon. Similarities in terms of microclimates and geography between California and Chile, helped by a more modern viticulture and vinification practices, has lead Chile to produce Cabernet Sauvignon wines of excellent quality. Echevarria Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon is one of them. Reserva in Europe is asociated with oak aging. Reserva wines in Chile are those that before vinification have gone through a careful selection of hand-picked grapes in the sorting tables, selecting only the most beautiful ones to make this magnificent Cabernet Sauvignon. This is just the beginning of my quest for a great Cabernet Sauvignon. I will keep you posted.
