Tasting Notes

The Fiorini estate dates back over three generations to 1919. This Lambrusco delivers scrumptious ripe red cherries on a frothy palate. A fizzy red wine from Sorbara and therefore less inky in style. Closer to the dry side, as its ripeness is tamed by a tenuously balanced acidity. A delicious selection for a party of sliced Italian meats and cheeses.
