Tasting Notes

An aromatic and refreshing blend of 50% Riesling, 35% Pinot Gris, 15% Gewurztaminer. 20% percent fermented on skins, the rest pressed to stainless steel tank. Sourced from the foothills of Mt Canobolas at an altitude of 3,000 feet, these vineyards have extremely fertile soil, rich in volcanic ash.
