Medium-bodied with an endlessly changing bouquet. Earthy aromas with dark berries, pink peppercorn, and tobacco mingle with red currants and wild raspberry. A solid red wine that's drinking very well today. Enjoy with venison or pork tenderloin with mustard and herbs. One of many Grand Cru-quality lieux-dits on the Joguet property. Charles has since retired (though he stops by to look things over) and his protégé, Kevin Fontaine, is now making these wines.
