I love Rieslings at every time of the year, but something about autumn amps up my craving. For one thing they're the perfect pairing for fall's flavors: roast pork with apples, choucroute garnie, or butternut squash soup. They also offer a little more heft than the crisp dry whites I've been drinking all summer. This Alsatian Riesling hits all the right notes, and it's from a grand cru vineyard no less.
