Staff Pick Notes

It’s interesting to think about the trajectory of things. When I was just a lad, and didn’t even know the name of this grape, it was pressed and just beginning its journey to me. Finally, this bottle arrived at my table after a 25 year journey. Crushed berries, black tea, wet earth, and soft leather teemed from my glass. We were strangers, shared a meal together, and left on intimate terms.
