A very nice Sauvignon Blanc from Chile. This wine splits the difference nicely between the sweetness of a NZ Sauv Blanc and the grassy minerality of the French Loire Valley version. Most importantly, the Casas Del Bosque just tastes great, and most people who try it buy it. From the westernmost reaches of the Casablanca Valley, which is cool and dry and has a nice amount of marine influence. This comes through in the wine, with a mineral salinity which balances nicely with the fresh clean citrus and tropical fruit notes.
