Tasting Notes

Winemaker Jean-François Malsert started in 2011 with vines from his grandfather. His St Joseph is an elegant Syrah made from a combination of young estate fruit in Secheras and Ozon, as well as purchased fruit. Vinified without sulfur in a combination of demi-muids and amphoras and aged for 16 months in demi-muids.
