Tasting Notes

From a vintage that was both challenging and exciting, decisive harvesting and intense selection led to the wine in this bottle. 2006 was hot, but with sharp turns in temperature. this wine is still quite young. A nose of apricot, peach, and coconut opens to a creamy texture and lively acidity. A challenging year that nevertheless produced a fine wine thanks to meticulous selection.
