Tasting Notes

Les Evocelles is a village level lieux-dit planted with 65 year old Pinot Noir vines planted in clay and limestone soils. Aged for 18 months is new French barrique and then bottled unfiltered. The wines of Dugat-Py first started being bottled in the late 1980's. Their wines benefit from bottle aged.
