Tasting Notes

Long aged Cavas are the specialty of Roger Goulart. This 10 year old Cava was aged for 3 years in cellar before being bottled in March 2012. Vinous and full of ripe stone fruit notes with a fine bead and creamy, velvety texture. An excellent sparkling wine to enjoy with oysters. scallops, and ceviche.
