Tasting Notes

This comes from the village of Montgueux in Champagne. On the palate, there's the expected chalk-driven minerals that you get from soils of a limestone and chalk composition. Incredibly youthful yellow fruits and flowers. Delicious as an apéritif to whet the appetite.
